Applications:
- Formatting of sheet for the covering of roofs and side face of metallic structure buildings, external surfaces of movable small houses, parking, bus stations, etc
- Formatting of sheet for the construction of movable gratings and the separation of areas
Steel Grade: DX51D according to ΕΝ10346/EN 10143
Zinc quality: Z100 (min 100 gr Zn/m2) up to Ζ140 (min 140 gr Zn/m2)
Coating:
The top side is coated with primer 5 micron and color thickness 20 micron in any RAL color. The bottom side is painted in RAL color with thickness 7 micron. For example, one of the most common applications is the covering of roofs, the top side is dark red RAL 3016 or RAL DP 302, the bottom side is grey RAL 7035.
Thickness: From 0.25 mm up to 1 mm.
Dimensions: Coil width 1000, 1250 mm. Sheets 1000 x 2000, 1250 x 2500 mm or according to client’s specifications.
